I like to take really long walks. Sometimes, in factuality, they turn out to be very long walks indeed. But I suppose those are tales for another day. After all, you came here to find out about hats, and so I'll begin....

In the beginning, the mighty gods of OLYMPUS sent down a small child...

(by the way, that's the mountain in Washington, not Greece)

And to the small child they bestowed a gift...

(oh, and that's Washington State not D.C.)

(oh, and in no way do I mean to imply that there are mythical deities on a mountain in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. This whole story is made up....just play along already.)

Wow, that went off the rails much sooner than expected.

All joking aside, I truly love what I do. After a decade of building custom hats, I am excited to announce that there are changes to come. Black Sheep Hat Works is moving into bolder, more artistic and, most importantly, more authentic territory. I look forward to sharing what I love about the art of fine hat making.

There will be new additions over the coming few months, so check back in from time to time. I look forward to building you a beautiful hat in the near future.
